Fahey Medical Center began in the 1940s with just a handful of doctors and rapidly grew. The main building was built in November, 1957 and is located conveniently in the heart of Des Plaines at the intersection of Golf and Wolf roads.

The original practice expanded to accommodate the needs of the Northwest suburbs as well as the Northwest side of Chicago. Over the years, the practice expanded to include primary care physicians and specialty care providers as well as services including x-ray, lab, physical therapy and Dexa Scans.

Recently, the growth in the western suburbs prompted the addition of an office in Schaumburg. This office is located on Schaumburg road just past the intersection of Barrington and Schaumburg Roads.

Fahey Medical Center strives to serve the needs of the community and its ever-growing patient population, and will continue to do so in the coming years.
